Task 1 - Understand the different types of briefs

There are a few types of brief that companies use to make deals with other companies.
Contractual brief
A contractual brief is a brief that is created by the client and then given to production house or a media company. This type of brief is not one that can be negotiated unlike a negotiated brief. An advantage of a contractual brief is that once it is given to the production house/ media company it is much easier for them to understand what to do as the guidelines have already been set, however a disadvantage of this type of brief is that the production company has no input on how the production of the project should go and they wouldn't be able to make any needed improvements because they have to follow what the contract says.

Negotiated brief
A negotiated brief is when the client and the production company have a meeting to discuss how the production of the project should go. In this meeting the client will usually propose the principles and their ideas and the production should go. This type of brief has the advantage over a contractual brief because the product company will be able to have some form of input on the production. This means that any proposals that are made by the client depending on whether that proposal is appropriate or not can be changed through negotiation.

Now comparing these two types of briefs which one is more effective depends solely on whether the product is on a smaller or larger scale in which case I think that the contractual brief is much suited and more effective if used for products that are more on a larger scale because it is bound to be made up of many details which is why a contractual brief is better for it because then the production company won't have to worry about making kind of improvements as the plan has already been laid out for them.
A negotiated brief is much more suited for smaller scale products because the client could use some tips or pointers on how to further improve the product. Whether it is a negotiated or contractual brief it is crucial for the person working on or managing the brief to have the skills that will enable for them to work with each other effectively.

Formal/Informal brief
In terms of writing any style of brief there is a significant difference between that of an informal brief and a formal brief. While a formal brief is one that is discussed in great detail between the production company and the client, an informal brief is one that is quickly discussed between the client and the production company. A formal brief consists of many meetings and documents like sign-off sheets throughout the whole process of discussing the product. An informal brief however usually consists of the client handing the brief to the production company and having a quick meeting. Comparing these two types of brief format its safe to say that the formal brief is much more effective as it includes a lot more data compared to that of an informal brief using the formal brief format will result in higher-quality products.

Commission brief
A commission brief is a standard type of brief with an extra increment. This will allow for the client of the product to apply for a refund on the money after the product has been completed. This is another form of commission, but, if the client was to get a refund then the product can no longer be used for the contracted purposes. This means that a new product or service will have to be created from scratch.

Tender brief
A tender brief is where the client will create a brief and then distribute it to multiple production companies. This allows for production companies to make offers and propose ideas to the client. The client will then choose from one of the offers made by the multiple production companies, which they feel will benefit them the most. Basically its like a bidding war for the best idea.

Co-operative brief
A co-operative brief is exactly as the title suggests, this is where the client will hire multiple companies or companies meeting other companies to help with a single project. This is mainly used on large scale productions like films, adverts and animations. This is very effective because of the fact that it allows for multiple ideas to be collated which also helps with the workflow. Because it allows multiple people to work on the same project this means that the product will get completed much sooner and result for a higher standard of work.

Competition brief
A competition brief is just basically the type of brief that shows the guidelines of a competition so it like instructions. For example a company like Rockstar games might have a new character they want to add a new character into the game and so they are looking for a voice actor to voice this new character and for people to enter the company must first produce a competition brief which tells the competitors on what they should include in their act. Unlike the tender brief where the client only gives it to a few selected production companies a competition brief is basically given to everyone as it is open to the public.

    Reading a brief
When the producer or the company is to receive a new brief, it is very important that the contexts of the brief is completely understood. First the overall idea of the brief must be understood, otherwise the product cannot be made without the idea. Secondly there are a few factors that relate to the idea such as:
  • Demographics
  • Geographic’s
  • Market Competition
  • Use of the product (marketing/advertising etc.)
  • Style of the product.
  • Technical Specifications (FPS, Aspect Ratio, overall quality of final product).
It is crucial the creators of a game product to be able to understand all of these needed factors. If
the idea is not properly understood or match the needed factors, the product will be deemed not as
effective as it should be to the client which can then lead to them making financial losses. It
is very important to be able to identify all the known factors so that the project can then be
planned in terms of:

  • Time scale, resources
  • Locations
  • Crew and post production/production/programming/animation time

When negotiating the brief there will always be a type of consultation process involved. It will
either be a formal or informal meeting between that of the production company/person and the
client. When using a negotiated brief it is an opportunity to suggest further improvements of the
product to make it more effective, unlike a contracted brief where even though there is a
consultation process involved the production company can't really give their input on the product.
Although this makes it easier for the company to make the product nothing can be changed for the
better if there was an issue with the brief. Negotiated briefs allows for the creators to have input on
which direction the brief should go.

When it comes to the discretion in interpreting the brief there is a level of discretion that occurs when dealing with a client like when you are negotiating a brief. An example is when you are given a brief you must interpret the ideas and thoroughly think about them in a technological sense. This includes thinking about how you would create the production, how you would distribute the production and also how the client wants it to look like. This is where the meetings and consultations come in which enables a discussion between the client and the production company.

When dealing with any brief, or making any form of media product which will be seen by the public, it is very important to thoroughly considered the Legal, Ethical and Regulatory constraints. This includes having to make sure that the ideas and themes that are included in the product do not cause any kind of emotional or physical harm to anyone but sometimes somethings are unavoidable. This is also the case where Legal constraints have to be thought of, because there are many created by the government that needs to be followed.

This can include the Data Protection Act, Advertising Standards Authority, Ofcom, EU Competition Commission and many more. It is crucial that any kind of production has a detailed report of how the product will not be affecting any of the laws and regulatory bodies. When comparing the different constraints that may affect any media product, it is clear that legal constraints are the hardest to avoid, because it is required for a proper understanding of all the laws and regulatory bodies that may have effect on the product that is being made. Whereas the ethical constraints is possible to be worked upon in order for it to be avoided, like having different ethnic groups working on the one product in order to make sure that no beliefs or themes go against the different types of ethnic groups.

During the process of the production there are many different opportunities in the form of stages at which there is a possibility that the ideas can be changed or developed. This is one reason why all production companies use sign-off sheets. Because it is a form of security, which states the whenever something has been completed, the client will not be able to change it. This makes the process of the production a bit easier and more effective for the production company in charge. For example if client was to issue a change in the middle of the production process then the company would have to comply to the order that was issued, whereas if there was a sign-off sheet it would be impossible for the client to make any kind of changes at all. It is crucial of any production company to have a sign-off sheet, because it creates a sense of security for them which also makes the job easier because it doesn't allow for the clients to demand any changes in the middle of the development of the production.

Like there are alterations to the final product, there can also be alterations made on the budget of the product. This can sometimes happen whenever the new costs have increased or when original prices have changed, and so the new cost must be discussed with the client to ensure that they are okay with paying for any extra cost. If this was to happen the pre-production must have an updated version of the record, the updated version should state the amount the prices have been increased to, it doesn't matter whether its an increase or a decrease. Any existing document must be updated.

Like making any kind of alterations to the final product, changing the conditions of the given product can also have an effect on the final product. A good example is if the clients were to maybe change the target audience/demographics for the product then the company will have to make changes on specific aspects. This will affect the production company in some way like creating more working hours on this single project alone. A way for the company to avoid this kind of situation is by having detailed consultations that can provide evidence, an example for this are meeting minutes and having sign-off sheets that say that when a certain part of the product has been completed it cannot be changed in any way anymore.

In terms of the first meeting or consultation with the said client, it is very important that all the costs that will be involved in making the product is discussed in detail and at a high standard to avoid any kind of issues with the budget in the future. The process of the meeting usually goes with the client going over the costs that they will pay for, and then with the production company presenting a list of all the costs that will be involved. They do this in order to settle a final price for creating the product. This can also only be done by using a negotiated brief.

Working with a brief can also mean that it gives opportunity to the producers and clients involved with the project to develop new sets of skills, like learning new communication techniques, development skills in producing the product and also being able to increase the range of different ideas that they have about given products. It can also increase network of those involved with the project.

Working with two different briefs can increase one's multi-tasking skills, it can usually develop through working with different types of briefs like an animation brief and a game brief. And also working with a contractual brief and negotiated brief at the same time can be an advantage to the producer because it can allow for them to work on one project more effectively. The producer will also be able to switch between different projects effectively, which is a very important skill to have when working in any media company.

When working on any type of brie, the creators of the product will usually be able to have their input on the idea of the project. However this is not the case when working with a contractual brief as everything have already been laid out by the client. But having the input of the producers involved can help with further developing the idea for the product, it will also allows for them to discuss different methods of filming and planning which correct any kind on flaws that is withing the idea. This can result to having bigger and higher quality products being made, this benefits the producers because it will please the clients which will make it more likely for them to be recommended to other potential clients.

Task 2 - Project ideas

Game Idea

Synopsis
The game is set in a place known as Avalon where a war has broken out between the seraph and the hellion clan. The seraph kind are beings of light whereas hellions are beings of darkness. The war started when the clan leader of the hellions kidnapped the daughter of the seraph kind’s leader and rescuing the princess will be the main mission for the game. In the game you will play as the female protagonist named Aurelia who is the sister of the kidnapped princess Oriel.

Objective
The way my game works in terms of controls and gameplay is very much inspired by the game Horizon zero dawn that was initially released on February 28 this year, in the game Horizon you get to play as the strong female protagonist, Aloy. At the start I thought of using a male protagonist who is the love interest of the kidnapped princess but I thought that that would be too cliché so I decided to use a strong female lead instead because you don’t get to see many games with strong female protagonists.
In a way my idea was also a little bit inspired by the original super mario where mario has to go and rescue the princess from the antagonist of the game. I thought of using a rescue based storyline because I felt like it would add more feeling and character to the plot of the game.

Target Audience
Since my game idea is heavily inspired by the game Horizon zero dawn I’d say that we’ll probably have around the same age demographics. When I was researching Horizon’s user ratings I found out that 888 of the voters were male and only 101 were female. There were 409 that voted who were between the ages of 18 and 29, 360 of which are male and only 44 being female. There were also 416 voters between the ages of 30 and 44 of which 371 of them are male and only 39 female voters. My game will have a different PEGI rating as Horizon is only 16, mine will have a higher rating because my game will include violence, blood and maybe some slight nudity where as in Horizon you only go around fighting robots. As for my target audience based on the research that I did on Horizon’s user rating or age demographic my game will be targeting people between the ages of 30-44.

Legal and Ethical Checklist
I have checked my work for decency, representation of race, gender religion and sexuality and decided that I believe that it has met an appropriate standard. I also confirm that I own any relevant intellectual property withing the work that I have produced. If I were to use something as a reference I will make sure to site it to where I got reference from.

Delivery
By the end of this project I expect to have a full collection of scanned and photographed versions of my concept art portfolio for my game idea. The collection should include concept sketches, alternative designs and final design of the protagonist, antagonist, NPCs, objects and terrain. The collection should also include the planning of the concept like the research and the mind maps for each of the topics that I will be creating sketches for.

Project Management
Managing a project involves three key points; time, constraints and teams. A good development plan to use is to follow the the 10 key principles of the agile manifesto. Agile development is one form of managing IT development teams and projects. Out of the ten principles I will pick out a few that I think are key principles.
These are the 10 principles of agile.
1. Active user involvement is imperative
2. The team must be empowered to make decisions
3. Requirements evolve but the timescale is fixed
4. Capture requirements at a high level; lightweight & visual
5. Develop small, incremental releases and iterate
6. Focus on frequent delivery of products
7. Complete each feature before moving on to the next
8. Apply the 80/20 rule
9. Testing is integrated throughout the project lifecycle – test early and often
10. A collaborative & cooperative approach between all stakeholders is essential

User Involvement
In some cases it's not always possible to have the users to be directly involved in developing projects, like if the agile development project is to build a product where the real end users will be the external consumers and customers. In this kinds of events it is crucial to have the a senior or and experienced user representative involved throughout the process of the project. There are many reasons why it is important to have an experienced user representative or a senior in these events, however I will only mention a few which I think are important

  • Requirements of the project will be clearly communicated and understood at a high level at the outset.
  • Each requirements are appropriately prioritized depending on the needs of the user and the market
  • Timely decisions are made about the project's features, priorities, issues, and whether the product is ready or not.
  • It makes the user/business interested in the project's daily development.
  • There is completely transparency throughout the development of the project as there should be nothing to hide.
  • The right product can be delivered.
All of the many reasons are very important to the development of the project however, some are just more important than others. But it's clear and safe to say that communication is key for an efficient and effective delivery of the product.

Team Empowerment
It is necessary for an agile development team to have members that can make decisions on a timely basis. The first principle is one of the few other principles that enables this, meaning that the user or user representative from the business must be very involved on a daily basis.
The project team must be empowered in some way to make decisions in order for them to take responsibility on delivering the product and they must have complete ownership of this. Interfering with the project team can be disruptive and can reduce their motivation.
The team must first establish and clarify the requirements together, prioritize them together, agree to the tasks required to deliver them together and estimate the effort involved together.
This means that to for maximum efficiency the project development team must work on everything together to ensure that the product is delivered properly.
I think that this is a key principle because it fortifies buy-in and the commitment from the whole of the project development team from the beginning of the development and this is something that then pays dividends, this is something that that company pays its shareholders out of its profits.
However as all kinds of challenges arise throughout the development of the project, the team then feels a real sense of ownership things then doesn't feel so expensive.

Develop small, incremental releases and iterate
Agile development projects are usually delivered in small bite-sized parts. In a more traditional way of doing software development projects the simplified cycle is usually to analyse, develop and test. They do this by first gathering all the known requirements for the product, then develop all the elements of the software and they then test the whole of the product until they feel like it is fit for release. They must repeat the cycle of analyse, develop and test for each feature of the product, one feature at a  time. Following this principle comes with a few advantages. It reduces the risk of problems arising because it allows clear visibility of what is and what is not completed to date throughout the project. It increases the value of the product as it allows you to deliver some benefits early which then enables you to release the product whenever it is deemed good enough, which saves you the effort of having to wait for all intended features to be ready. It also for more flexibility withing the production because you can choose to change direction or adapt the other iterations by basing it on what you are actually seeing and using the product. And lastly it results to better cost management because unlike all-too-many software development projects where you run over the budget, some values can still be realized meaning that there will be no need to throw everything in the trash when you run short on the funds.

Before moving on to a completely different development projects you must first make sure that each feature has been fully developed otherwise this approach will not be practical.

80/20 principle.
the 80/20 rule also known as Pareto's law. Is a theory about the law of distribution and how many of these things have a similar distribution curve.
And this typically means that 80% of what you get, may only come from only 20% of what you actually do.
Pareto's law is visible in many situations, it may not be exactly 80/20 but is most certainly that of the principles which the majority of your results will most of the time come from the minority of your efforts. In agile development it is important to focus on the 20% effort which gets the majority of the results rather than blindly focusing on the work that takes a lot of effort but doesn't actually produce much result.

Project stack.
For my final major project I decided to create a project stack because it allows for me to plan and control the development of the project. A project stack is basically a stack of listed tasks that is required for the development of the project which also acts as a guide.
It is a creative way of managing a project as you can manipulate the sizes of the boxes based on how important or how long you think that task will take and as you can see from the image on the right, it is the project stack that I made for my final project and you can see how some task bow are bigger than others, some might be equally the same size but that only means that they're about as important as the other.
You can also see that it's quite an appealing technique as it as colorful as it is useful, The colors mean whether each task is finished, in development or not yet started. Green means that it's basically finished or nearly there, yellow or orange means that it is still in development and red means that it has not yet been started.
This technique can be very useful for both a small group and a single person. Its useful for a group because each box on the stack can be assigned to each person which can then allow for them to who is nearly finished, in development or not yet started by using the colors, it also takes into consideration that not every will have equal workloads because of the sizes of the box each member was assigned to.
I think that the project stack matches the 80/20 principle well because the sizes of the task boxes represent their importance and so you are able to identify which ones will take less effort but produce the most results.

The image below is the spreadsheet that I also made to help me manage my final major project. Unlike the project stack a spreadsheet is less colorful however it is just as useful.
The spreadsheet I would say is more specific in terms of numbers because as you can see from the image below, it allows for you to set up a schedule for each stack and it clearly outlines the estimated start and end date of each task, it also allows you to show which member of the group is assigned to that particular task which in this case I will be the only one to do the tasks so I assigned my name for all of the tasks. It is important to keep updating either the project task and spreadsheet because it's important to know where you are up to otherwise the project will fall apart.
If I was to choose which one I would primarily use I would say that I would use the project stack because it is more appealing to me due the use of colors and it's not so boring to look at.
I think that both of these techniques match the agile manifesto very well.

I think that the spreadsheet matches the user involvement principle well because of the fact that you are able to set each task to different people which will allow you to get everyone else opinion on the development of the project.

Smart Target
A smart target is another effective way of planning things out, in some sense it's quite similar to the project task because it allows for you to identify which tasks need to be prioritized over the others. However it's different because smart targets are more of a daily thing. The way this works is that everyday you must give yourself a smart target depending on what it is that needs to be done, these smart target must be specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-based which is also what each letter of the word SMART stands for.

Smart targets are useful because they allow you to have a clear overview on what needs to be prioritized and finished on that specific day.  Everyday in lesson my teacher would hand me a sheet of formatted paper and sit with me and look over the work that I currently had then he would write on the paper the task and other things that I had to do in that lesson. This helped because it acted as a guide which helped me to identify the things that I needed to prioritize and get done before the others. The image below is one of the smart targets that my teacher had set for me which outlines the things that I have done and have yet to start.

Task 3 - Project progress

Task 1 - Ideas Generation
For this task I decided to make a mind map for the protagonist, the antagonist, the environment/terrain and the NPCs because it will help me to research ideas and reference for the designs of each topic. For the protagonist and antagonist I included things like their appearance, their characteristics, the colors I am planning on using for their final design, the things they can do like magic and their physical abilities as well, and lastly the comrades for the protagonist and minions for the antagonist. I included these things in the mind map because it adds detail and a personality to these character which will make designing much easier

Task 2 - Reference Research
For this task I will be doing research for each of the main points that I have included in each of the four mind maps. I will also be including the things that have inspired to come up with each of the characters points. I came with each of the points for the characters based on the knowledge I already had in my of some characters that I have seen through the screen be it from games or anime.

Aurelia
For Aurelia I collected images of different female characters that are clad in armored which I think look beautiful and angelic or if they fit the 'holy' theme.

Appearance
From these reference images you can see that they are all either completely clad in armor or just enough to make them look strong and fierce. I think that I have a good collection images ranging from modest to feminine but fierce looking characters. I think that these fit the theme of the character very well and will be very helpful when I'm coming up with ideas for Aurelia's overall look.

Color schemes
Here you see that I collected images with the colors that I listed on my min map because whenever I looked at these colors they reminded me of royalty because Aurealia is the first princess of her city. These images will help me decide what colors will fit Aurelia's character as a part of her appearance. I think that colors are important because it allows for you tell which side the characters belong to.

Abilities
I gave Aurelia the ability to be able to summon weapons with it's matching outfit because I found this ability really powerful and I thought that it was an ability that a protagonist deserved. This idea came from one of my favorite anime characters called Erza from the anime series Fairytail. Erza is able to re-equip weapons and armor at will with each weapon giving her different magical attributes.

In terms of Aurelia having superior skills, I could also link it back to Erza as she is one of the strongest mages in her guild however, there are many other characters that have superior swordsmanship like for example the character named saber in the anime series Fate Stay night. The character saber is a heroic spirit that was summoned for the purpose of fighting in the holy grail war, the origin of saber is based on the story of king Arthur which her real name is derived from which is Arthuria Pendragon. I chose these characters because they fit the the image and characteristics of a strong female character which is exactly what I want for my protagonist to be.

Baradeer

Appearance + Color Schemes
As you can see from these images they are all very muscular and mostly menacing. I think I have a good collection here because apart from the appearance they all have the perfect color schemes that I want my Baradeer to be, which is dark and very dangerous looking. This collection also includes characters that look very hellish which is exactly how I want Baradeer to look like.

Abilities
When I thought Baradeer's abilities of destructive magic and being able to summon minions I immediately thought the character called Azmodan from the game Heroes of the Storm. I think that this character actually fits my characters characteristics very well. Azmodan is able to conjure giant spheres of fire along with being able to summon his hell minions.

Environment
Below are some reference images that I got from the league of legends regions page (link below) I got all of the images I used for this because their environment designs fit my ideas perfectly in fact I was actually inspired by the regions in league of legends.

Seraph's Citadel (The Holy City)
The images below are that of a place called Demacia, in some sense Demacia is sort of like a holy city because of their strong sense of honor and justice. These images fit the description of my environment idea perfectly because it was inspired by it.

Hellion's Rift (The City of Turmoil)
For this environment I was thinking of doing either a well built and structured kingdom that looks dangerous or a more ghoulish kind of look. The first two images are that of a place known as Noxus and Noxus is the exact opposite of Demacia which they consider each other as rival kingdoms. The second set of images is a place known as the Shadow Isles and you can why it has been called that from the images below.

Calandura (City of Sand)
My Idea for this environment was also very much inspired by one of league of legends regions known as Shurima.

"The empire of Shurima was once a thriving civilization that spanned a vast desert. After an era of growth and prosperity, the fall of its gleaming capital left the empire in ruins. Over millennia, tales of Shurima’s glorious city became myth and religion among the descendants of the scattered survivors."

Kenara's Well (The Hell Docks)
The mages is of a place known as Bilgewater. Bilgewater is a very dangerous place filled with many dangerous people from smugglers to marauders. It is the perfect place for those who are running from justice to start a new beginning because no one cares about your past within the hell docks.

Oriel
For Oriel who is the rescuee and the sister of Aurelia I wanted to go for an innocent but free spirited and bubly look in terms of her appearance and I found the prefect reference.

Hellions
For the hellions who are Baradeer's minions I looked for different looking references because I want for there to be different classes of hellions with different abilities.

Task 3 - Antagonist Sketches
I decided to go for a different appearance for my antagonist last minute because thought that this style would fit the story more. The image below is the build that I went for instead because I thought that the model looked cooler and somehow more imitating. I also thought that the model looked kind of good looking for a demon lord which made me think that its not always that you get to see a demon lord to be good looking for what he is rather than being ugly and menacing.
For both the sketch and the final design I decided to borrow another artists model as a base because I really liked the way it looked and how it was posed. Unfortunately I couldn't find the site that I got it from because I used this image a while ago. Just a disclaimer that the base model that I used for my sketch and final design aren't mine except for whats added on top.
The image beside the model is what it looks like on a tracing paper over an A4 paper.
I first traced over the other artists model and then drew on the other side with a darker pencil after this I turned the tracing over to the right side, I then put it over a blank piece of A4 paper and then I drew over the lines again to transfer it onto the A4 paper. I also repeated this for my antagonist sketches and final design.

Task 4 - Protagonist Sketches
For the sketch of the protagonist I decided to borrow a model from one of league of legends characters concept art to use as base. I borrowed the pose of the second model from the left and the one at the end. I chose to use these models because I liked how they had long slender legs which makes them look graceful but the pose also makes them look fierce. I just repeated the steps that I did from when I drew my protagonist sketch.

Task 5 - NPC Sketches
For the hellion sketches I decided to make them look more animal like than human because I thought that the style suited the title of 'minion' more. I also tried making them look sinister but also simple at the same time. I drew alternative designs because I want for there to be different types of hellions each with different abilities.

For Oriel's look I wanted for her to look girly, bubbly and free spirited so I wanted to give her frilly clothing for the bubbly attribute and then the flowwy skirt for the girly part. The second sketch I made the top a sweetheart cut to make her look more girly and for the bottom part I gave her a high-low design with the boots to make her look more adventurous and free spirited.

Task 6 - Object Sketches
For Aurelia's I sketched her weapons to be really simple with the thought that these are what her standard weapons would look like and by this I mean that these will be the weapons that she can summon at the beginning however as she completes missions and get closer to the her destination the weapons will start evolving into even more powerful ones.

For the protagonists weapons I just thought doing alternative designs because the as the protagonist/boss Baradeer will only appear once at the end as the final fight and whenever there is a cutscene so it won't be changing like Aurelia's.

Task 7 - Environment Sketches
This is my sketch for the Kingdom of Rokka, I was thinking that the kingdom will be sort of semi enclosed in this giant structure and that the streets will be filled with flags that have the Rokkan symbol on them.

This is my sketch for the Seraphs Citadel, I was thinking it would be located in a place that rich in nature and surrounded by water with white mountains and white architecture. I was imagining the streets to be very safe looking and filled with angelic statues as it is also known as the holy city.

This is my sketch for the city of Calandura, Calandura is set in a desert but is filled with culture and is very lively. I was thinking that the streets will be filled with the tents of individual vendors and merchants.

This is my sketch for Kenara's well, there will be very large rock structures that have architecture connected to each other built on the side of them, it will look very squatter settlement filled with docking platforms for ships.

Task 8 - Final Protagonist Design
For my final protagonist design I borrowed a different character model from league of legends to use as my base. The site that I got this image from is just below the image.

This is the final design of her armor but will not be the final color scheme. I chose this color scheme for the moment as a way to tell which is the protagonist and which is the antagonist. The colors I used for these were gold and silver metallic pigment ink pens, I think that these colors are perfect for the protagonist role and for the theme of her origin which is the holy city of the seraphs citadel.
The one next to it is what she uses to summon different weapons I have decided to name it The Divinity.

Task 9 - Final Antagonist Design
For my Antagonists final design I decided to go with the same base as the one I used for my sketches because I just really liked how it looked. Like the antagonists final design this is not the final color scheme as it's only there to tell which is which. The symbol beside it is he one on Baradeer's forehead which he uses to extract mother natures essence and where he draw's his powers from.
